Carolina Family Weekend will take place Friday, October 31 through Sunday November 2, 2025.

Family Weekend Registration rates:

• Family Weekend registration is free to UNC Students!
• Early bird registration is $12 per person (September 3-16)
• Regular Rate for NON-UNC student (September 17 - October 15): $15.00
• On-Site Rate for NON-UNC student: $20.00
• Children 8 years or younger: $8.00

Registration required for all non-student attendees using this form. The form includes add-on's available for purchase: 

• Ticketed events sponsored by our office (New Student & Family Programs) include: Cheerwine & Design, the Carolina C.Hilli Cook-off and the Sunday Biscuit Brunch.

• Carolina Family Weekend T-shirt pre orders will close Friday, September 26 at noon ET. 
• Ticket sales for the Carolina C.Hilli Cook-off will close Friday, October 3 at noon ET.
• You may add guests and/or events to your registration, as available, until Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM, ET. 

Registration will re-open for on-site sales during Check-In Hours at the on-site Help Desk. The Help Desk is open:

• Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the FPG Student Union beginning at 3:00 PM, and ending at 6:00 PM.
• Friday, October 31, 2025, at the FPG Student Union beginning at 10:00 AM, and ending at 7:00 PM.
• Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the FPG Student Union beginning at 9:00 AM, and ending at 12:00 PM.

All sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS.
