Is your student a NEW, incoming first-year, or transfer student this Fall 2022? Our friends at APPLES Service-Learning have a great opportunity to share. You have to act quickly, the deadline to apply is July 1!
The APPLES Service-Learning Initiative (SLI) is a unique student-led program that uses service, learning, and reflection to introduce students to both the UNC-Chapel Hill campus and parts of the off-campus Chapel Hill-Carrboro communities. Incoming first-year and transfer students can apply to move to campus early and participate in a three-day program from August 10-13. Help spread the word and encourage your first-year or transfer student to apply online by July 1 through the CCPS Application and Nomination Portal.
