New Student & Family Programs is excited to announce that Carolina Family Weekend 2018 will take place Friday, September 21 - Sunday, September 23, in conjunction with the Carolina vs. Pittsburgh football game. As more details become available, we will update our website with additional information.
Online registration for Carolina Family Weekend 2018 will open in August - a limited number of tickets will be available for various events, including the football game, Saturday BBQ, and Sunday brunch. If you are interested in attending these events, we encourage you to register as soon as possible once online registration opens as these events are very popular among our families and sell out quickly. We will send another announcement once online registration for Carolina Family Weekend 2018 has opened.
In the past, hotels have booked very quickly on the weekend of Carolina Family Weekend. If you are hoping to attend Carolina Family Weekend 2018 and require hotel accommodations, we encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible as this will be a busy weekend in the Chapel Hill area.
